Tuition Programs

Swarthmore offers tuition programs designed to support faculty and staff members and their families in pursuing their educational goals, including:

• The Tuition Grant Program, which offers the children of benefits-eligible faculty and staff members grants that can be applied toward tuition and fees while they are full-time students at an accredited undergraduate college, university, junior/community college, or technical school.
• The Tuition Reimbursement Program, which offers benefits-eligible faculty and staff members reimbursements for the cost of coursework while they are pursuing educational goals in college or a vocational/technical school.
• The Widener University Graduate Tuition Discount Program, which offers benefits-eligible faculty and staff members a 20% discount on tuition for most graduate programs at Widener University. 
• Benefits-eligible faculty and staff members or their spouses or domestic partners may enroll, without charge, for one course each semester for non-degree credit or audit. Learn more on the Registrar's website.
