Childcare & Adoption Programs

As part of our high-quality benefits package, Swarthmore offers programs and resources designed to support parents and caregivers in our community in growing and caring for their families, including:

• The Adoption Assistance Program, which offers assistance to reimburse eligible expenses directly related to the adoption of a child.
• The Child Care Subsidy Grant Program, which helps members of our community offset the cost of child care.
• Child and Eldercare Resources, which include the Carebridge Employee Assistance program, and Bright Horizons back-up care, child care, and elder care services.
