Employee Programs and Recognition
Our employee recognition programs include: the annual Winter Gathering celebration honoring those community members who have reached professional milestones in their service to the College; the Suzanne P. Welsh award, which honors a staff member who has made outstanding contributions to the College through their exemplary service and commitment to our community; and the Greg Brown Award, which recognizes the vital contributions of staff members in the areas of Campus Services, Facilities Management, and Public Safety.
Programs that help support clear and consistent communication across the College include the Staff Advisory Council and the Administrative Advisory Council, and biannual All Staff Meetings where updates on programs, projects, and initiatives are shared with the College community.
