Residential Communities provides data on the previous years housing selection for general planning purposes only.  Please use this as a guide when planning for housing selection but remember that preferences and selection data will vary slightly from year to year. 

Please see below for data on the Fall 2024 semester breakdown of class year and room type. Note that the first chart represents all students including RAs, GAs, SAMs and those who participated in pre-selection, while the second represents just those who selected their housing in general selection.  First years are not included, as our office determines their placements.
