The Lang Center funds students completing fully remote, 10- or 20-hour microprojects designed by community-based organizations, activists, and others in support of social change.

For Community Partners

- Community-based organizations, activists, and alumni working on social change projects are welcome to propose projects that can be completed by a student remotely over the course of 10 or 20 hours.
- Projects must be approved by Lang Center staff before being posted.
For Students

- Students can view open opportunities and apply through Handshake.
- Applications are posted and awarded on a rolling basis, as community needs arise.
- Students are selected by community partners who proposed the project.
Eligibility
All current students are eligible to apply.
Requirements
Students will only receive a stipend once the project is completed to the satisfaction of the community partner.

This program is managed by ParkerDewey, who facilitates posting the projects to Handshake and providing a stipend to the student.
