Life Outside the Classroom
Outside of the classroom, Scholars have opportunities to explore campus facilities, meet staff and faculty from departments across the college, and spend time connecting with peers and relaxing in the residence hall. In the evenings, Scholars participate in homework sessions led by the student Mentors, which provide active learning opportunities where scholars can practice new approaches to studying and problem solving that will serve them throughout their college careers. On the weekends, there is plenty of space to relax and recharge alongside exciting opportunities to visit local attractions and enjoy fun group events and activities.
