Poster Session for Summer Outreach Program

Zac O'Dell '20 helps two middle school students explain the chemistry behind fireworks.
On July 26th, a poster session wrapped up the five week summer enrichment program with middle school students, which included the participation of eight research students from the Chemistry department - Laela Ezra ’19; Zach O'Dell ’20; Abigail Wong-Rolle ’19; Reham Mahgoub ’20; Audra Woodside ’19; Mackinsey Smith ’19; Judah Raab ’21; and Timothy Ogolla ’18 — who are on campus this summer doing research. The program was led by Lecturer Caroline Burkhard and assisted by Professor Kathleen Howard.
