Michel Glouchevitch '76
Michel Glouchevitch ’76 is a managing director with RLH Equity Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm that invests in high-growth, knowledge-based, middle-market companies providing consulting, staffing, IT services, and other important transformational business services. During his 40-year career in private equity, he has served on numerous boards of companies across various industries, including technology, health care, business services, and IT services. Previously, Glouchevitch was a managing director of the private equity firms Westar Capital and Triumph Capital Group.
Glouchevitch has served on Swarthmore’s Council on Presidential Initiatives (CPI) since 2017 as a member of the Connecting the Liberal Arts working group. In 2022, he was inducted into the Garnet Hall of Fame for tennis in recognition of his participation in the 1977 men’s tennis team that won the first of four Swarthmore Division III national titles.
Glouchevitch graduated from Swarthmore in 1977 with a B.A. in political science and went on to receive an MBA from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris in 1979.
