How to Become an IEFI Fellow
IEFI Fellows are students who are dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at their core and want to contribute to this essential work within the Swarthmore College community. If you’re interested in:
- Advocating for equity and respect of all backgrounds and experiences
- Collaborating with faculty or staff advisors on DEI-specific projects throughout the semester
- Helping to guide diversity initiatives at Swarthmore College
IEFI Fellows will actively work on a DEI project supported by a faculty/staff IEFI Project Advisor and grow with a cohort of student fellows through integrated learning and DEI training. By the end of their fellow tenure, students will have created and maintained a personal Life Design e-portfolio, worked on a Swarthmore community DEI project, and presented their work outcomes to the Swarthmore community.
