Evening Campus Shuttle

It's understandable — you don't want to walk home after a long day of class, not to mention after working in McCabe Library or the Parrish Parlors until two in the morning! That's why the Evening Shuttle is there, and why students find it so convenient. The Evening Shuttle is operated by the Department of Public Safety and is run by hired drivers, some of whom get to know the students pretty well.

Evening Shuttles operate on two schedules, an Early Shuttle and a Late Shuttle. The early shuttle runs from 5:00 pm until 12:00 am, and the Late Shuttle runs from 9:00 pm until 3:00 am. The Evening Shuttle makes stops at: Kyle House, Science Center/Singer Circle, Parrish East/McCabe Library, BCC, Duck Tunnel, Dining & Community Commons, Parrish East, Palmer Hall (Servicing PPR Neighborhood), and lastly,  Mary Lyons Residence Hall. As the entire loop may take up to 25-30 minutes, community members are strongly encouraged to plan accordingly. Reminder: Shuttles only stop at designated stops.

Getting Around

"I live in Mary Lyon and sometimes ride the evening shuttle several times a night. I've gotten to know each of the drivers, and they are generally pretty sweet people. The Sunday evening driver, Ed, and I have a lot in common. For example, we both love classic rock. He was able to see most of my rock heroes playing in small clubs around Philadelphia before they became super famous. It's a real treat to hear his stories."
