Instructional Staff members should familiarize themselves with policies on scheduling exceptions and conflicts through the Registrar's Office policy website, and in particular on the Guidelines on resolving scheduling conflicts between athletics and academics. 

 

To promote the college’s core liberal arts mission and to allow for disciplinary and inter-disciplinary breadth and depth, courses should be scheduled in existing time slots as outlined on the official Course and Seminar meeting times for the College. Instructional Staff members seeking to offer timeslots out of this schedule should consult with their Department Chair and the Registrar.
