Immigration and Visa Process for Admitted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance and decision to attend Swarthmore College! We are delighted to have you as part of our community.

In the beginning of April, you will receive early access to your Swarthmore email account to assist you in applying for your visa. You will upload documents through the International Student Center (ISC) Portal to receive your I-20. Full instructions will be provided to you via email. Until mid-May, your Swarthmore email is only to be used for accessing the ISC Portal and communicating with the ISC.  If you have any questions regarding access to the Portal, please contact Kathryn Melvin (Student and Scholar Immigration Specialist) or Lesley Reyes Pina (International Student Coordinator).

In July and August, we look forward to sharing more details about International Student Orientation. In mid-July, you will let us know the details of your travel plans via a form in Moodle.
