  • you reside inside the U.S. and possess Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status or are undocumented and graduated from a U.S. high school

The deadline for submitting financial aid applications is April 1.

Required materials:

  • CSS/PROFILE (must be submitted before using the IDOC service)
  • 2018 Federal Income Tax Returns (all pages), including all W-2 and 1099 statements (uploaded via IDOC)

  • FAFSA (Required to apply for federal funds, including the Federal Direct (student) and PLUS (parent) loans.)
    • PLEASE NOTE: The IRS Data Retrieval tool, located in the Financial Information section of the FAFSA, is once again available for the 2020-21 academic year filing period. This tool can be used to directly import the figures from your 2018 Federal Tax Return into your FAFSA. Eligibility to use this tool will depend upon how you filed your Federal Tax Return. If you are not eligible to use the IRS Data Retrieval tool, please be sure to have a copy of 2018 Federal Tax Return(s) for you and/or your parent(s) to reference when completing the application. The FAFSA questions that ask for specific figures from the 2018 Federal Tax Return will guide you to enter the correct figure for each question.
    • You may view a short, helpful video for completing the FAFSA.

If the student or parent will be applying for federal funds alone, the student will complete only the FAFSA. The CSS/PROFILE form will not be required.

Special Circumstances

If your parents are separated or divorced, or if your parents have any interest or involvement in a partnership or corporation, please review the special financial aid application instructions.
