Department Overview

The Office of General Counsel manages the general legal affairs of the College, including evaluation and monitoring of College institutional risks. The Office also provides advice and consultation on College legal matters and is available to assist with the drafting and review of College policies and practices. The Office of General Counsel  is situated within the Finance and Administration division.
