Erin Gluck '16

Since my time at Swarthmore (where I majored in Math and Computer Science both) I spent my early career as a software engineer mainly in the financial services industry. I currently work as an AVP of Engineering at Moody's Corporation where I manage a team of 10 engineers building an external-facing web application for Environment Social Governance (ESG) analytics. Next month I will be starting a new position as Senior technology program manager at Amazon which is very exciting. I am also currently in grad school part time pursuing a masters of quantitative management (MSQM) from New York University (NYU) Stern. All of this success would not be possible without the amazing education and guidance from Swarthmore - especially the math department. The knowledge and skills from all my mathematics courses are complementary to my technology skills that I use on a daily basis and have been vital in the success of my higher education at NYU Stern thus far.
