The Intercultural Center team offers a collection of LGBTQ+ training and educational opportunities for faculty, staff, and students centered around LGBTQ+ students on campus. In Spring 2018, these trainings began with Pronoun 101, which was offered at a variety of levels including open community discussions, peer-led student trainings, and faculty and staff department trainings.  

SQUAD delivers skills-based, educational opportunities for the Swarthmore community, while centering the philosophy that advocacy is a continuous process that looks different for everyone.
