Support for Name Changes

Domestic Partners Policy
Swarthmore College is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity (the EEO Policy) for all qualified persons without discrimination. To further this EEO Policy, and to support the lesbian/bisexual/gay members and non-married heterosexual couples of the community, the College recognizes domestic partners. Domestic partners have the option of applying for group coverage under the "employee/spouse" category currently available to "benefit eligible" faculty and staff.
