Swarthmore students attended the 2023 SHPE National Convention in Salt Lake City, UT

• As a group, they attended over 42 workshops (ranged from graduate school applications to breaking the glass ceiling to chemical engineering hair products)
• Met with over 21 prospective graduate programs
• Met with over 65 companies
• Secured over 17 interviews
• 3 students secured an internship during the convention (but many are still waiting to hear back)
• 3 students presented research posters
• All students made connections with students from other institutions they believe they will engage with in the future!
