The Center for Innovation and Leadership supports innovative, leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures. Our programs offer students unique opportunities to fully build out their visions through guided project management, mentorships, and access to recommended resources.

Dinnovators brings students together for networking, idea-sharing, and themed dinners to foster innovation and collaboration.

DINNOVATORS

The Tri-Co Hackathon unites students from Haverford, Swarthmore, and Bryn Mawr for a weekend of collaborative problem-solving, skill-building workshops, and project creation with digital technology.

TRI-CO HACKATHON

SwatTank is a semester long idea competition, guiding students through the process of conceptualization to pitch.

SWATTANK

The Speaking Associates Program and the CIL bring the Swarthmore community together to learn from across all three divisions. Participating students have 3 minutes and one slide to present their work.

SENIOR SHOWCASE

Learn from the expertise of Swatties making a difference in the world. Mentorship collectives are groups of about 8-12 Swatties, half current students, half alumni, who share an interest in topics related to innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.

MENTORSHIP COLLECTIVE

The CIL offers event funding to faculty and staff to engage expert contributors through talks, workshops, field trips and multimedia experiences to learn about diverse, impactful leadership.
