After a stellar career on the Garnet men’s soccer team—during which he broke school records in career points, career assists, and single-season points—Morgan Langley graduated from the College this spring. His days on the soccer field are far from over, though. Named All-Conference, All-Regional, and All-American in his last season at Swarthmore, Langley signed in April with the Harrisburg (Pa.) City Islanders to play at the professional level.
“I want to put my full effort into this for two or three years and see if I can progress in soccer,” he said in a Daily Gazette interview, adding, “until it’s time to go find a job in finance or business—what econ majors do. Thanks to Swarthmore, I’m lucky that I have that flexibility.”
