Alumni of Color Giving
#GivingTuesday highlights opportunities to give back to communities and causes in ways that allow for social connection and kindness — even while physical distancing. We are proud that 100% of Alumni of Color Steering Committee members made a gift to The Swarthmore Fund during the 2019–20 fiscal year. Join us in making an impact on students today by supporting one of these AOC priorities:
- The President’s Fund for Racial Justice supports Swarthmore programs focused on transformative racial justice with the goal of improving the lives of Black and Brown people and other minoritized groups.
- The Student Emergency Fund helps qualified students cover expenses for food, medical care, home internet access, and other unexpected costs.
- SBAN Internships provide meaningful summer experiences for Swarthmore students pursuing research in Black culture and history, criminal justice, urban inequality, environmental justice, access to housing and education, cultural equity, social justice initiatives impacting communities of color, or the arts.
