About SAC

The Staff Advisory Council (SAC) is a group of elected or volunteer members who serve in an advisory capacity to the President and the Vice President of Human Resources.  When more than one person expresses interest in a vacant position, that circle will hold an election.  If only one person expresses interest, no election would be necessary.  Its primary function is to serve in a listening and communicating capacity on behalf of both staff members and the College Administration.  SAC members are available to all staff members to help answer general questions or present suggestions anonymously at the monthly SAC meetings. SAC also helps coordinate staff membership on college committees and hosts the annual all-staff meetings.
