Department Overview

Working closely with the President’s Office, the President's Staff Advisory Council (PSAC ) serves as an avenue to share information and perspectives, build community, and address and prioritize current issues for all staff members.

Our goals are to:

  • Use a holistic and coordinated approach to effectively meet the needs of all staff
  • Lift up the needs and experiences of College Staff to the President’s Office
  • Work together to improve the Swarthmore Staff experience and make meaningful impact
  • Better involve Staff in College-wide initiatives (e.g. rollout of Swarthmore Forward)
  • Celebrate and recognize the hard work of College Staff at the institutional level
