Kristie enjoys helping Swarthmore students and alumni to develop career goals, consider options and reach their fullest potential.  She meets individually with students of all majors and talks with groups of students and alumni.  She is instrumental in facilitating alumni mentoring of students, often in conjunction with the Alumni Council.  Joining the Swarthmore Career Services staff in 2010, after 8 years working in Career Services, was a smart career move for her!  She earned a Master of Science in Counseling, Higher Education from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
