Cayuse Research Suite
Sponsored Programs uses the web-based product Cayuse for management of external funding for faculty research. Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP) is an electronic research administration platform that is cloud-based, user-friendly, and secure, using Swarthmore SSO.
New to Cayuse? Please contact our office to ensure your account is set up.
This system will be used by Sponsored Programs, the Controller’s Office, the Office of Research Integrity and Engagement and researchers, in creating a holistic record which we expect will decrease administrative burden and increase efficiency and necessary compliance associated with research administration.
Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP) will be used to prepare and submit external funding requests for internal approvals and manage funded awards.
Cayuse Proposals (S2S) will be used to submit federal proposals eligible for system-to-system submission to the appropriate funding agency.
