Swarthmore offers different ways to pursue off-campus study. While most of our program options are for a semester or full academic year abroad, you can also participate in short-term study abroad, or find summer programs abroad. Whatever you choose, studying abroad is an opportunity to explore your major from a different perspective, to face new challenges and experience personal growth as a result, and to study with, learn from and collaborate with people from all kinds of different backgrounds. You will carry these experiences with you, shaping your academic and/or career goals and creating memories of a lifetime!
