2019 Biophysical Society Meeting

Abigail Wong-Rolle '19, Reham Mahgoub '20, Elizabeth Erler '20 and Professor Kathleen Howard attended the Biophysical Society conference in Baltimore MD March 3-5, 2019 to present their research.  They met scientists from all over the world and listened to talks covering a wide range of areas.  Highlights from the meeting included lunch with collaborators from the Lorigan lab and joining up with a networking/mentoring group for those doing research on biomembranes.  Sigma Xi and the Provost's Office generously provided travel funds.
