Search Strategy in Wall Street Journal

Cristian Nuñez '09, an Honors history and economics major from North Bergen, N.J., had an internship lined up this summer at Bear Stearns, only to have it rescinded after the company announced it would be acquired by J.P. Morgan. "It was so disheartening and so discouraging," he told the Wall Street Journal this week.  The Journal chronicled his ultimately successful search for another position, despite there only being a few weeks left in the semester and most firms having finished their summer hiring.
