Teaches in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. His research interests include reflections in the fields of critical theory and the sociology of culture. He teaches colloquiums on Modern Social Theory and Modern Critical Theory. Braulio has recently written and lectured on hermeneutics, psychoanalysis, and the relationship between theory and fiction. His most recent academic book is a socio-philosophical inquiry into the socio-theoretical and literary production of Mario Vargas Llosa and he also writes novels.
