Aye Kyaw ’22 Presented Thesis Research

The University of Pennsylvania's Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics hosted the Dr. George W. Raiziss 37th Annual Retreat on Thursday December 2nd 2021 at the University of Pennsylvania Museum in Philadelphia.  The Howard lab was invited to attend (Kathleen is an Adjunct Member of the Biophysics Department).  Three members of the Howard lab attended; Caleb Porter ’24, Scout Hayashi ’22 and Aye Kyaw ’22.  The conference provided an opportunity to interact with UPenn graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty.  

Aye’s research has been generously funded by NIH Grant R15GM134497, a Mayer Davidson ’57 Summer Research Fellowship, and The Fred C. and a Jessie M. Reynolds Scholarship.
