Swarthmore CS alumni Ben Marks ('16) and Alex Simms ('16) presented their paper "STOIC: Streaming Operating Systems in the Cloud" with Riley Colins ('16), Teo Gelles ('16) and professor Kevin Webb, at the IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) in Paris, France. 

ICC promotes the advancement of science, technology and applications in communications and related disciplines.
