2021 International Collegiate Programming Competition

Swarthmore's Competitive Programming team recently won a bronze medal in
the International Collegiate Programming Competition (ICPC) North American
Championship, held online on August 14. Jay Leeds, Timothy Mou, and Henry
Wang solved six problems in 3 1/2 hours, finishing fourth out of the best
48 competitive programming teams in North America. Swarthmore was the
only liberal arts college to qualify for the North American Championship.
As a result of their 4th place performance, they've qualified for the 2021
ICPC World Finals, to be held October 5. This is the second year in a row
that this team has qualified for the World Finals.
