Tickets

Tickets are required to attend Commencement in the Scott Amphitheater. Each graduate will be eligible to receive four guest tickets to distribute as they wish. 

Distribution of tickets

Commencement tickets will be distributed to students at  rehearsal on Friday, May 29 at 2 p.m. in the Scott Amphitheater (rain location is the Eugene and Theresa Lang Performing Arts Center).

If you require additional tickets, please have your student graduate send an e-mail request to tixfor2015@swarthmore.edu. If you send the e-mail, please indicate the name of your student graduate along with your name. Please note,  in past years one additional ticket was available per request.

If you are not going to use all four tickets, we hope you will return the extras so they might be distributed to others who may need more. To do so, please respond to tixfor2015@swarthmore.edu with the number of tickets you will not need.

Please note that a simultaneous, high quality telecast of the graduation ceremony can also be viewed in the air conditioned comfort of the Lang Performing Arts Center, the Scheuer Room, and other campus spaces.  These spaces will not require tickets.

In the event of rain, tickets are needed for Baccalaureate in the Lang Performing Arts Center and seniors will be given the tickets with their senior packet in April.
