Who we are and what we do
Carrie DiEnna, CPA, leads the Controller's Office. In this role, she oversees key financial functions within the College and insures that College funds are properly received, expended, and reported on in accordance with College policies and state and federal regulations, serving a range of internal and external stakeholders. Among her areas of responsibility include the following units:
- Accounts Payable
- Beth Baksi, MBA, Associate Controller, manages accounts payable & receivables and reviews invoices charged to operating budgets
- Accounting Assistant & Cashier, departmental deposits and other general journal entries.
- Deb McGinnis, Accounts Payable Clerk, invoice data entry and check processing.
- Deb Casteel, Accounts Payable Coordinator, new vendor creation, invoice preparation and invoice inquiries.
- Beth Baksi, MBA, Associate Controller, manages accounts payable & receivables and reviews invoices charged to operating budgets
- Student Accounts, General Accounting, Restricted Funds, Capital Budget and Corporate Tax
- Joe Cataldi, MBA, Associate Controller, manages student accounts, general accounting, restricted funds, oversees the capital budget and corporate tax.
- Christy Brydges, Grants Accountant, specializes in the administration of grants, completes various reconciliations and other general accounting tasks.
- Maria McBride, Student Accounts Assistant
- Denise Risoli, Senior Accountant, specializes in the administration of restricted funds as well as the Faculty mortgage program, completes various reconciliations, transfers and other accounting tasks.
- Linda Weindel, Student Accounts Manager
- Joe Cataldi, MBA, Associate Controller, manages student accounts, general accounting, restricted funds, oversees the capital budget and corporate tax.
