Shalom Saar ’74 (right) synthesizes some of the discussions that took place during the 2009 Lax Conference on Entrepreneurship. After an informative talk by Richard Teerlink on the challenges he and his management team overcame to turn around Harley Davidson, participants broke into several small discussion groups to explore key skills for successful entrepreneurs. The attendees then came back together to share the highlights of their discussions and build a framework for moving forward.
