4 for the Board

At its May meeting, the Swarthmore Board of Managers announced four new members who will join the Board this fall. They are William “Bill” Boulding ’77, Cathryn Polinsky ’99, Jaky Jean Joseph ’06, and Janet Erlick ’88. 

Boulding is the J.B. Fuqua Professor of Business Administration at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His research pertains to the intersection of management, marketing, and strategy.

Erlick is the executive artistic director of the Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theatre, a nonprofit arts-education organization, where she has developed programs on anti-bullying and conflict resolution and literacy. 

Joseph is an investment banker and vice president with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City. 

Polinsky is vice president of engineering at Salesforce.com, a leading provider of cloud computing and social enterprise solutions used by over 100,000 businesses around the world.
