Tamara King ’91—Executive LeaderThe Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) promoted Tamara King ’91 to vice president of residential policy and member engagement. King, who joined MBA in 2009, manages residential loan production, directing policy development on regulatory, legislative, and industry issues. Additionally, she helps lead MBA’s engagement strategy, overseeing the Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Warehouse Lenders Executive Roundtable, and other networking groups. Before joining MBA, King was a senior business manager at Fannie Mae and a vice president at HSBC Bank in New York. She lives in Silver Spring, Md., with her husband and three daughters.
