Miriam Greenwald Harris ’94—Executive V.P. Miriam Greenwald Harris ’94 is now the executive vice president for Trinity Place Holdings Inc., a diversified real estate company after more than 16 years in the industry. Harris previously was co-head and executive vice president of the Real Estate Transaction Services Group for the New York City Economic Development Corp. (NYCEDC) under the Bloomberg administration, for which she managed multifaceted public-private land development deals such as the creation of the new 2 million-square-foot NYC Cornell Tech graduate-level applied sciences campus on Roosevelt Island. Before NYCEDC, Harris was vice president for commercial development at Forest City Ratner Companies where she most notably worked on the development of the 1.6 million-square-foot New York Times Building in Times Square.
