S. Leslie Jewett '77

Leslie Jewett ‘77, of Laguna Beach, Calif., is Chief Financial Officer of California First Leasing Corporation, successor to a company she joined in 1991. She was a founding director in 2001 of California First National Bank, an early internet-only bank, and served as its President from 2011-2015. From 1981-90, Jewett held various management positions at Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. in New York, including senior vice president of corporate finance.

Jewett earned a B.A. in economics from Swarthmore, followed by an MBA from Stanford University in 1981. She previously served as a member of the Business School Trust at the Stanford Graduate School of Business before joining the Board of Managers in 2013. She is the mother of five.
