How Should I Report?

All Swarthmore College employees are mandated to report incidents of Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation as defined in the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation. 

If you witness, directly experience, find evidence of,  or are told about an incident of Discrimination, Harassment or Retaliation, immediately contact Public Safety at (610)-328-8281, a College official, or report the incident using the online reporting form.

Note: While anonymous reporting does not satisfy the duty to report for all employees of the College, other campus and wider community members may submit a report anonymously. In those cases, please understand that reports submitted anonymously will limit potential actions the College can take to address the incident.
