Fall 2024 student charges are due July 17, 2024.

Spring 2025 student charges are due January 2, 2025.

The Student Accounts Office utilizes an e-billing and payment portal for all student account e-billing and payments. All students, automatically, have access to this student portal; however, if a student wishes to have their parent, guardian, or another authorized user set up an account (and the student has not previously done so) the student must invite them to set up an account in our student account portal. If not previously done, we suggest the student invite anyone who typically views or pays student bills to ensure that any authorized users are added to your account before your next Swarthmore College tuition bill is issued.
