Dean's Certification Forms

A small number of law schools require dean's certifications, which are forms that the Pre-Law Advisor completes, primarily stating whether or not you had any academic or conduct violations while you were a student.

Please direct those forms to: Gigi Simeone, Pre-Law Advisor, Swarthmore College Swarthmore, PA 19081. Be sure to first fill out the required information at the top of the form, and if you choose to, sign away your right to see the completed form. Please be sure to include your contact information (telephone and e-mail) in case there are questions and a stamped, addressed envelope for each letter.
