In the March/April 2007 issue of Foreign Policy, Swarthmore is ranked among the top 20 graduate and undergraduate programs for international relations. Swarthmore's 14th place is especially notable given that it is one of only three liberal arts colleges on the list. 

 Although FP has surveyed top Ph.D. and master's programs in the past, this is the first year it has asked scholars to identify the best places to study international relations as an undergraduate.
