Academic/Administrative Heating and Cooling
Many of the buildings have updated heating and cooling systems which the occupant can control within the limits of the heating and cooling policy. For those buildings with air conditioning available it is important to point out that most of these systems are "Two Pipe". What that means is, the system can provide either heating OR cooling at one time. A "Four Pipe" system can provide either or both simultaneously which is an advantage in the spring and fall when warm and cool days can switch pretty rapidly.
